20 years experience in health and wellbeing practice

Catherine brings 20 years’ experience in health and wellbeing practice from her work with patients, carers, communities, businesses and a range of organisations, including Macmillan Cancer Support, Parkinson’s UK, Cancer Research UK, NI Chest Heart and Stroke, Health & Social Care Trusts, Community Development & Health Network, the Public Health Agency, Carers groups, Sports clubs and Community Organisations.

She has won awards for Leadership, Managing Change and Workplace Wellbeing, alongside setting up pilot programmes to inform health and wellbeing practice.



Catherine facilitates 1:1 and group sessions for personal development and learning opportunities to business leaders, community groups, third sector organisation, and individuals keen to know more about workplace wellbeing practices. This offer is available online and face-to-face.

She designs and delivers a range of workshops and programmes based on the latest evidence base around creating the conditions for people to thrive and fulfil their potential. Collaborating with other businesses, The Wellbeing Pathway offers a package of engagement, information and practical support that will help improve health and wellbeing outcomes.

Catherine is an Associate Consultant with the Health & Social Care Leadership Centre and has mentored in Groundwork NI, Women in Business NI and the NI Council for Voluntary Action, supporting individuals and groups to build confidence, set up new wellbeing related businesses and develop their leadership skills. She is the curator of TEDxDownpatrick, author of The Wisdom of Wellbeing and hosts the Wisdom of Wellbeing Podcast.
